You are invited to a strategic role in Artwork Production that will unlock your potential. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the production process of packaging artwork from initial design briefs to final reproducible mechanical artwork and separations.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with diverse stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with agreed lead times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop project timelines, identify production issues, and provide expert guidance on technical requirements for print production.
  • Ensure that all PMAs adhere to standards and guidelines for mechanical artwork creation, including naming conventions, software usage, and quality control.
  • Report performance evaluations of PMAs based on established criteria.
  • Provide strategic influence and management expertise to drive business outcomes while maintaining an advisory role rather than a hands-on creative executional one.

Qualifications Sought:

A related Business degree in Packaging, Graphic Design, Print Production, Project Management, or Account Management is required. You must also have experience managing the design process, including working knowledge of print production, graphic design, packaging development, supply management, account management, and project management.
