Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Identification & Tracking

Tender Documentation:

  • Comprehensive tender documents preparation and submission, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Supporting the Sales Lead in implementing sales strategies and achieving assigned targets.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Tracking competitor pricing strategies, activities, and market trends for actionable insights supporting business growth.

Customer Interaction & Support:

  • Managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up to enhance engagement and conversion.

Order Management:

  • Ensuring smooth order processing, including purchase order receipt, internal coordination, and invoicing.

Contract & Payment Monitoring:

  • Monitoring contract terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and following up on payments to ensure contractual compliance.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Builiding and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and secure repeat business.

Reporting & Feedback:

  • Providing regular updates to the Sales Lead on tender progress, sales performance, and customer feedback.

CRM & Data Management:

  • Maintaining and updating lead pipelines, customer databases, and opportunity tracking using CRM tools.
