Senior Workplace Strategist\

We're seeking a seasoned business systems analyst to spearhead the integration of Atlassian products within our organization.

In this key role, you'll be responsible for driving strategy, planning, and execution to deliver seamless user experiences. Your expertise in Jira and Confluence administration, AI-driven automation features, and integration with various SaaS tools will be invaluable in streamlining workflows and improving collaboration.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover pain points, develop innovative solutions, and implement end-to-end flows. Your passion for experimentation, continuous improvement, and simplifying complex processes will be essential in driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

\Responsibilities:\
  • Develop and maintain the Atlassian product roadmap, prioritizing work to deliver value to employees
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Design and implement integrations with external tools using APIs, webhooks, and scripting
  • Curate and govern plugins, ensuring performance, security, and measurable ROI
  • Create dashboards and OKRs to track adoption and provide insights
  • Champion change management through communication plans, live training, and self-service content
  • Define and audit permission models to balance collaboration, privacy, and compliance requirements
\Requirements:\
  • 6+ years administering Jira and Confluence, with at least 3 years in a business systems or product ownership capacity for an organization of 5,000+ users
  • Proven record leading cross-functional projects from discovery through rollout, using Agile, Prosci/ADKAR, or similar frameworks
  • Strong integration skills with REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting
  • Fluency with analytics and reporting tools such as eazyBI, Tableau, or BigQuery
