We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Orchestration Specialist to join our team.

Job Description
  • A successful candidate will have hands-on experience with automation, AI-driven solutions, and workplace orchestration in enterprise environments.
  • Key responsibilities include designing and building automation workflows and applications using Power Platform tools.
  • The ideal candidate will also have expertise in Copilot/AI agent solutions to boost productivity and surface insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Power Platform) and custom apps using Power Apps to digitize and streamline processes.
  2. Build and enhance interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
  3. Create, configure, and deploy Copilot-based AI agents for productivity, insights, and self-service use cases.
  4. Integrate AI models into enterprise workflows for enhanced decision-making and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, End User Computing or Automation/AI Solutions development.
  • Proven track record of building automation solutions, AI integrations, and workplace orchestration in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, endpoint management, collaboration tools, automation/orchestration, and security compliance.
  • Candidate should have knowledge and working experience on listed core technical skillset or technology domains:

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with digital experience monitoring tools (e.g., Lakeside SysTrack, Nexthink).
  • Expertise in scripting and automation frameworks (PowerShell, Git/GitHub).
  • Understanding of observability and analytics (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Monitor).
  • Cloud and infrastructure knowledge (Azure required, AWS/GCP advantageous).
  • Service management tooling (ITSM platforms like ServiceNow).
