Job Overview

We are seeking a Chief Cybersecurity Innovation Strategist to lead our cybersecurity innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a Culture of Experimentation and Innovation: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Drive Strategic Innovation: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive innovation, simulating real-world cybersecurity challenges and accelerating the development and testing of emerging solutions.
  • Lead the Innovation & Simulation Lab: Foster a culture of experimentation, prototyping, and applied research in the lab, driving the creation of new technologies and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity innovation and simulation, with at least 8-10 years in leadership positions.
  • Technical Background: Strong technical background with experience in areas such as cloud computing, networking, and programming languages relevant to cybersecurity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align innovation efforts with our organization's business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Experience in collaboration with academic institutions, industry partners, and government agencies is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Degree: An advanced degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology is preferred.
