Administrative Assistant Role

As a key team member, the Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to maintain efficient records, coordinate schedules, and facilitate effective communication between departments, staff, parents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining organized records of official communications, circulars, and reports; Assist in drafting and dispatching school-wide notices, memos, and announcements; Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Director and departments, staff, parents, and visitors; Respond to internal and external inquiries courteously and professionally.
  • Organize and archive important documents for audits, inspections, and internal reviews; Maintain digital and physical filing systems in a structured and confidential manner.
  • Provide logistical support for school-level events, projects, or celebrations; Handle correspondence related to invitations, guest speakers, and event planning.
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Strong Organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, management, or relevant field preferred; Prior experience in a school office or administrative environment desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic documentation software; Excellent time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
