Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our dynamic architectural team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities coordinating with contractors ensuring timely execution of projects and maintaining quality and safety standards as per architectural and structural drawings Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day activities on construction sites Interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately Coordinate with contractors consultants and vendors for smooth execution Ensure work is executed as per approved designs specifications and timelines Conduct site measurements and verify quantities Maintain daily work reports progress tracking and site logs Monitor safety standards and implement quality control measures Report regularly to the architectural team with updates and challenges Requirements Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 1-3 years of experience in site supervision experience in architectural projects preferred Strong understanding of construction methods materials and regulations Proficient in AutoCAD MS Office and basic site measurement tools Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities efficiently Preferred Qualifications Experience working with architectural firms Knowledge of local building bye-laws and construction standards Familiarity with green building practices and modern construction techniques Benefits Opportunity to work on innovative architectural projects Collaborative and creative work environment Exposure to design and execution processes Job Type Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
