The engineer shall be responsible for the daily on-site technical supervision coordination and management of civil engineering works This role ensures that construction activities adhere to design specifications quality standards safety regulations and project timelines The Site Engineer acts as the primary technical point of contact on-site facilitating smooth communication between the project team subcontractors and clients The job site is located within the Aluva Railway Station compound Major responsibilities include Oversee and manage daily construction activities on site ensuring work is carried out according to drawings specifications and approved methods Prepare and maintain detailed daily site reports progress reports and quality control documentation Monitor progress quality of work and safety performance of the construction team and subcontractors Identify potential problems and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks and delays Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Experience 3-4 years of experience as a Civil Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry Technical Skills Auto-Cad Excel Word Preferred Qualifications Prior knowledge of state and central government department norms and standards i e DSR USSOR PWD manual etc Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Shift availability Day Shift Required Night Shift Preferred Overnight Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
