Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our architectural team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely project execution while maintaining quality and safety standards as per architectural and structural drawings.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities
  • Interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved designs, specifications, and timelines
  • Conduct site measurements and verify quantities
  • Maintain daily work reports, progress tracking, and site logs
  • Monitor safety standards and implement quality control measures
  • Report regularly to the architectural team with updates and challenges

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in architectural projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic site measurement tools
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities efficiently
