Site Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and with high quality.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to accurately interpret blueprints, design plans, and technical specifications.
  • Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Conduct quality inspections to verify materials and workmanship, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
  • Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to resolve construction-related challenges.
Qualifications
  • Requirements:
  • A valid two-wheeler license is required for site visits.
  • Education: A B Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent is necessary, demonstrating a solid academic foundation in construction and structural engineering.
  • Expertise: A strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project documentation is necessary.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
