Job Title:
Finance Operations Specialist

This role involves leading the implementation of financial processes and technology solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in implementing automation and workflow tools.

They will work closely with internal teams to identify process improvements and implement new technologies to drive consistent, accurate, and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing financial processes and technology solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify process improvements and implement new technologies
  • Developing and maintaining clear service standards and SLAs for internal clients
  • Providing accurate, transparent financial and operational reporting to stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in an implementation role within a shared services environment
  • Proven ability to identify and evaluate best-in-class providers and integrate their services into existing finance and IT infrastructure
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing automation and workflow solutions
