Financial Process Leader - Commercials

As a Financial Process Leader, you will play a key role in driving process excellence, operational efficiency, and strong financial controls within the India Finance team.



As a seasoned finance professional, you will oversee financial exposure management, optimize end-to-end revenue processes, and ensure smooth, compliant business operations. You will lead management of deal economics, spearhead global system discussions (including SAP and other enterprise platforms), and strengthen governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic insights into financial and operational performance through data analysis and leadership deck preparation.
  • Establish and maintain robust controls on case exposure to proactively manage financial risk.
  • Represent India Finance in global ERP and process forums, influencing system design and implementation for efficiency and governance.
  • Embed process automation and standardization to drive sustainable improvements.
  • Oversee deep-dive analyses of operational and financial data to guide decision-making.


Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant qualification.
  • 10+ years experience in finance, operations, or business process leadership, with proven expertise in exposure management and revenue processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems, with experience influencing global implementations or process changes.
  • Solid understanding of tax compliance in a multinational environment.
  • Proven success in managing large teams and delivering measurable process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to simplify complexity for senior audiences.
