Senior Manager - PPM Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager to own and drive the planning and performance cycle in our team. The role involves managing budgets, providing analytical insights, tracking targets, and finding efficiencies to deliver financial savings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) process for policy adherence, ZBB reviews, and 1 Year Plan management.
  • Leading the cycle of 3 Year Plan, 1 Year Plan, and other key planning cycles in the people team.
  • Designing and managing manpower blueprints, organization structures, and people costs through Anaplan.
  • Providing deep analysis and recommendations on budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts.
  • Applying organization design principles to optimize structure design.
Target Setting and Cascaded Process
  • Implementing Target Setting and Appraisal Process in sync with global process.
  • Defining tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrics in the people team.
  • Introducing best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Challenging status quo and driving high-performance mindset.
Requirements:
  • MBA in any specialization from a tier 1 B-School.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
  • Fast-mover with flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
  • Able to prioritize workload and multi-tasking, working within tight deadlines.
  • Resilience with strong self-belief, tenacity in the face of challenge, and ability to work under pressure.
