Job Description
The role of Business Managers is crucial to our growth strategy. We need experienced professionals who can drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EdTech sector.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new business initiatives.
- To analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in growing an online or offline business, preferably in the EdTech domain.
- Experience of UPSC (either offline or online) out of overall 2-5 years of experience.
- A highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager.
- Proven track record of success in business development within the EdTech industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
