Business Development Specialist

Gourav Enterprises is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in India. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
The successful Business Development Specialist will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
To excel as a Business Development Specialist, you'll require:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
