Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager at Peerless Financial Products Distribution Ltd., you will be responsible for the daily operations of our branch, ensuring the timely completion of tasks and the issuance of policies in our CRM system. You will also be responsible for monitoring existing processes, generating reports, and maintaining business quality to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Login and issuance of proposal/application forms for all business verticals on a daily basis
  • Login and issuance of GIP policies in CRM
  • Daily monitoring of existing processes and ensuring completion within defined TAT
  • Generation of CTF, ATF, and DTF on a daily basis
  • Maintaining business quality and reducing error rates to maximize revenue
  • Business solicitation/lead generation
  • Verification of Proposal Forms and other documents
  • Any other act or deed as may be delegated or advised from time to time

B. Cash Management

  • Premium acceptance and issuance of money receipt as per current HO guidelines
  • Currency verification at the time of premium acceptance
  • Verification of third-party cheques
