We are looking for an exceptional sales professional to join our team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and selling products effectively.

  • Greet customers warmly and offer assistance as needed.
  • Listen attentively to customer preferences and provide clear recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Display and showcase products in an attractive manner.
  • Encourage customers to purchase products by highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Demonstrate product usage and operation to educate customers.

To ensure customer satisfaction, advise customers on the best products to suit their budget and preferences. This may include information about different cuts, quality, design language, and specifications.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with wrapping and bagging their purchases.
  • Acquiring customer details and creating customer codes.
  • Providing pricing data and product weights to cashiers.
  • Making payment processes easier for customers after each purchase.
  • Updating store records and maintaining sales data.
  • Completing daily tasks assigned to respective counters.

This role requires strong communication skills, customer service orientation, patience, adaptability, stress tolerance, high energy levels, and integrity. A degree or diploma in any stream, along with knowledge of customer service principles and sales principles, is essential. Relevant product knowledge and experience in retail, customer service, or sales environments are also necessary.

Familiarity with multiple languages, including English, is required.
