As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue through effective sales and marketing initiatives. This is an intrapreneurial role that requires a creative thinker with strong global awareness and existing networks in the design/art world.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, collaborators, and stakeholders, while being part of a small, passionate team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute outbound sales and business development strategies to engage potential clients and partners.
- Curate lists of industry professionals and lead 1:1 conversations to create immersive experiences and events.
- Identify and research galleries, museums, and distribution platforms aligned with our ethos and lead outreach and placement efforts.
- Collaborate with our founder and creative team to decide on fairs, awards, and exhibitions that align with our brand narrative and growth vision.
- 5–7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or brand strategy — ideally in design, art, fashion, or luxury.
- Design/Art Gallery background would be an added advantage.
- Deep appreciation for collectible design, craftsmanship, and the intersection of culture and commerce.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, collaborators, and stakeholders.
