  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute regional sales strategies for Employee Benefit Broking in line with national goals.
  • Identify and acquire mid to large corporates for group insurance broking services including GHI, GTL, GPA, and voluntary benefits.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across major cities in the region; drive performance and market penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams – Claims, Placement, Retention, Wellness, Digital, and Underwriting – to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Key Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales, with minimum 3 years of experience in a regional leadership position.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Insurance, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of group insurance products, strong client acquisition and relationship management skills, ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally, excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
