Job Title: Senior Managing Partner
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our business development efforts. As a Senior Managing Partner, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- New Business Development:
- Sourcing Partners: Identify and approach potential partners to explore business opportunities.
- Team Building: Build and maintain a strong team of partners to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Development Efforts: Develop and execute strategies to drive new business growth.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with partners to ensure mutual benefit and growth.
- Identify Opportunities: Continuously identify opportunities for expansion and growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the life insurance industry or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Skills:
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Age: 39 years old or younger.
- Stability: Candidates with less than 2 years of experience with more than 2 companies are preferred.
