Job Title: Education Counsellor

Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students regarding various undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by our institution. As an Education Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students and provide detailed information about UG & PG courses.
  • Advise students on program selection and the admission process.
  • Maintain records of daily walk-ins and telephonic inquiries.
  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and online chat platforms.
  • Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Collect and consolidate participant feedback regularly.
  • Accurately record, manage, and act on assigned leads from various sources.
  • Support students throughout their decision-making journey with a customer-centric approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Effective communicator with strong verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
