UK Conversion Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Conversion Specialist to join our team in student counselling for the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guiding students effectively on admissions, placements, and scholarships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle offer holders and drive conversions specifically for Russell Group universities.
  • Provide accurate and updated information on UK admissions, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Coordinate with counsellors, ensure they are well-informed about UK higher education trends, and provide regular training.
  • Monitor and review team cases related to Russell Group universities.
  • Prepare weekly reports on conversion progress for management.
  • Support students throughout their application journey, ensuring high-quality counselling and personalised guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in student counselling for the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
  • Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
