Account Development Manager

Job Description:

This role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with bank partners to drive life insurance sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with bank staff to implement sales strategies and training programs, achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets, conducting regular sales meetings and product training sessions with bank staff, monitoring and analyzing sales performance and market trends, providing feedback on product performance and customer needs, and working with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns.

  • Conducts thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
