Finance Business Partner Role Summary

This is a high-impact role within the Finance team, which entails components of planning, business modeling & data analytics.

About the Role

The resource will work closely with stakeholders from multiple groups within the organization and play an important role in the company's growth. An ambitious individual who can deal with ambiguity and is interested in working for a growth-phase company would be an ideal fit for the role.

  • This role will entail the development of long-range plans and annual budgets as well as preparation of monthly investor reports.
  • Data analysis skills will also be utilized to drive business decisions.
  • A strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and lead teams are also essential requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop company-wide financial plans and forecasts, aligning them with strategic objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to inform business decisions, identify trends, and optimize financial performance.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, leveraging financial expertise to drive growth.
  • Leadership: Lead and develop a team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance qualification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analytics, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with proficiency in advanced formulas and data visualization tools.
  • Strong hands-on experience with financial modeling tools, such as Excel add-ins or specialized software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to work under pressure, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
