Strategic Finance Leader

Our organization is a rapidly growing global enterprise with operations in multiple regions. We are developing innovative products and solutions for major enterprise customers, expanding into the SME and retail markets.

We seek a highly skilled finance professional to join our team and contribute to strategic decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.

This role will involve playing a key part in supporting business growth by leading global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to evaluate business performance across countries and revenue verticals.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages with clear analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Evaluate and analyze potential transactions and product pricing scenarios.
  • Manage detailed cash forecasts to monitor cash burn.
  • Support scenario planning, long-range financial models, and ad hoc strategic analyses.
  • Support the CFO in capital raise activities.
  • Manage CAP table for the organization and dilution scenarios.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance in a high-growth company.
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience working with multi-entity or global financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication skills to translate financial data into insights for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and support stakeholders globally.
  • Fluent, professional level of English is required.
