Key Responsibilities:

As a Cash Management Specialist, your primary role will be to ensure the timely and accurate generation of customer invoices.

  • Generate and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
  • Apply cash receipts to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact details, billing terms, and payment histories.
