Job Title: Financial Operations Assistant

This is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Operations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various financial operations tasks that are crucial to the smooth functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile sales between system records and physical documents/cash received, ensuring minimal or no exceptions in expenses and income accounting in stores.
  • Reconcile tenders between Xstore-SAP and physical tenders submitted, perform weekly reconciliations, and ensure no open items remain.
  • Update manual bill issues/entries/registers, ensuring no pending reconciliations.
  • Perform accounting and reconciliation of gift cards and GV sales, ensuring no pending reconciliations.
  • Maintain and disburse petty cash for associates and store expenses, update petty cash manual register, and perform cash reconciliations weekly, ensuring no open items.
  • Reconcile credit card and wallet batch settlement reports weekly, ensuring no open items.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to conduct fortnightly training for frontend cashiers to minimize errors in cashiering, track MIS and training hours.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM)

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
