Process Analyst- Accounts Receivable/ Cash Applications

Job Description:
We are hiring for the role of Process Analyst Accounts Receivable & Cash Applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AR processes, including cash application, invoice reconciliation, and customer account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts accurately
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve payment-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Maintain documentation and adhere to compliance standards
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of AR and cash application processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
