About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to take on a senior leadership position and drive innovation in software development. As a seasoned developer, you will lead a team of developers in building modern web applications with a focus on scalability and performance.

  • Design and develop scalable backend services using Python, Node.js, and microservices architecture.
  • Develop responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using React.js and modern front-end development practices.
  • Manage complex database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL, ensuring high performance and data integrity.

Our ideal candidate has a strong track record of delivering high-quality products and possesses excellent problem-solving skills, debugging, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and modern front-end development frameworks like React.js.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and complex query design.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and cloud services like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Excellent leadership qualities, with experience managing and mentoring developers to achieve their full potential.

We are looking for someone with a strong passion for innovation and continuous improvement. If you have experience with GraphQL or WebSockets, and knowledge of real-time communication protocols, that would be a definite advantage.
