About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Design scalable and efficient software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. You should also have experience with .NET technologies, such as ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server, and .NET Core. Additionally, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. You should also have a proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
