Software Development Leader

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned software development leader to drive the planning and execution of our software development projects. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects through all phases, from initiation to deployment, ensuring successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of developers to meet project demands.
  2. Balance technical objectives, business requirements, and timeline targets to deliver scalable solutions.
  3. Participate in technical committee meetings to inform architecture and framework decisions.
  4. Decompose assignments into subtasks and delegate to team members.
  5. Drive team performance and unblock team members as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 7+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading full-stack development teams.
  • Demonstrated senior-level expertise in technologies such as C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web APIs, ORMs, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, AWS, and Git.
  • Working knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, SOA, and Architectural Patterns.
  • Proven history of developing scalable, resilient applications.
  • Ability to balance business and technical objectives when making decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
