We are seeking a seasoned Growth Lead to spearhead our marketing and sales engine from scratch.

This individual will be responsible for demand generation, outbound prospecting, early-stage sales, and partnerships. Working closely with the founder and technical team, the Growth Lead will have the autonomy to design, test, and implement growth strategies that drive scalable acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand Generation: Develop multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, cold email, content marketing) to drive lead acquisition.
  • Outbound Sales Development: Build prospect lists, create outreach sequences, and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, manage CRM, and move deals forward.
  • Content & Assets: Design landing pages, case studies, and comparison pages to generate inbound leads.
  • Partnerships: Foster relationships with ecosystem partners, marketplaces, and industry communities.
  • Analytics & Optimisation: Track metrics like CTR, conversion rates; conduct experiments to identify scalable channels.
What Success Looks Like
  • A predictable pipeline of sales-qualified leads each month.
  • Consistent revenue growth from scalable acquisition channels (beyond referrals).
  • Clear playbooks for outbound, inbound, and sales processes.
  • Closed deals directly from campaigns implemented.
Requirements
  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, or sales.
  • Hands-on expertise with outbound prospecting tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Sales Navigator).
  • Practical experience with paid acquisition (Google Ads) and content-driven growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in early-stage SaaS environments.
