Process Safety Engineer

This is a challenging role that requires the candidate to have extensive knowledge and experience in process safety.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure process safety on FPSO offshore production facilities, high pressure gas processing systems, and oil/water/gas separation facilities.
    • Prepare Process Deliverables for Conceptual, FEED, and EPC projects.
    • Develop Hazardous Area Classification Schedules and Drawings.
    • Design safe Production systems, including crude oil, produced water treatment, water injection, and condensate treatment.
    • Design safe Utility systems, such as Potable water, sea water, closed cooling water, compressed air, instrument air, nitrogen, flare and vent, closed drain, chemical injection, and fuel gas treatment.
    • Review and provide guidance for discipline engineering and design deliverables, including P&ID and datasheets.
    • Sizing of flare networks using standard tools like Hysys and FlareNet.
