HSE Professional

Job Title:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to assume the role of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Specialist. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting a culture of excellence in occupational health, safety and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective HSE strategies and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks associated with occupational health, safety and environmental operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain comprehensive risk assessments, emergency response plans, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Investigate incidents and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HSE in any industry.
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma required.
• NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent certificate required.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
