Customer Success Platform Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to own and optimize our customer success platforms, ensuring secure access, accurate data, and optimized workflows for efficient team performance and informed decision-making.

  • Owning platform administration ensures the security, integrity, and efficiency of our customer success systems.
  • Translating business needs into platform roadmaps drives adoption, process efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
  • Automating and integrating systems reduces manual work, improves accuracy, and streamlines stakeholder workflows.
  • Enabling and training teams enables them to confidently use tools to improve customer outcomes.
  • Monitoring and maintaining system health ensures reliability, performance, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years in SaaS systems administration or customer success operations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Planhat (or ability to quickly master Planhat).
  • Proven record of engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Experience building and executing roadmaps.
  • Strong automation, workflow, and data management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and independent work style.
  • Strong English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Admin or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Experience integrating platforms with analytics/reporting tools.
  • Background in Customer Success or Support operations.
