Business Analyst Role Overview

As a skilled Business Analyst, you will play a key role in capturing and documenting business requirements to drive system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, document, and analyze business requirements for systems and processes.
  • Support the business throughout the implementation process by mapping their needs to system functionalities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across geographies in a matrix organization structure.
  • Apply agile methodology to execute projects and identify stakeholder needs and requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis roles.
  • Strong business analysis skills with exposure to working with data warehouses and regulatory reporting frameworks.
  • Experience in anti-financial crime (AFC) and transaction monitoring is desired.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or finance-related courses with a proven record of accomplishment in banking or finance.
  • ACAMS or similar industrial accreditation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL querying databases and platforms like ACTIMIZE, FIRCOSOFT, MANTAS.
