Job Title: Senior System Administrator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for advanced system administration, troubleshooting, migrations, and automation while ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable IT infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Windows Server Management: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File/Print services).
  • Virtualized Environments: Maintain virtualized environments (Hyper-V, VMware, or Azure Virtual Desktop).
  • System Performance Optimization: Perform patch management, upgrades, and system performance optimization.
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies.
Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration:
  • O365 Tenant Services: Administer O365 tenant services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
  • Azure AD & Security: Manage Azure AD, Conditional Access Policies, Security & Compliance Center.
  • Endpoint Security: Configure and maintain Intune MDM/MAM for endpoint security and compliance.
  • Hybrid Environment Support: Support hybrid environments (on-premises AD + Azure AD Connect).
SharePoint & Power Platform:
  • SharePoint Administration: Administer and support SharePoint Online/On-Prem, including site collections, permissions, and workflows.
  • Power Automate Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain Power Automate (Flow) solutions for business process automation.
  • Power BI Integration: Develop Power BI dashboards and reports integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Collaboration and Reporting Platforms: Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize collaboration and reporting platforms.
Migration Projects:
  • Migrations: Lead and execute migrations to O365, SharePoint Online, and Azure.
  • Email and Data Migration: Perform email and data migrations (Exchange, PST, file shares, SharePoint, legacy systems).
  • Data Integrity: Ensure minimal downtime and data integrity during migration processes.
Security & Compliance:
  • Identity and Access Management: Implement identity and access management (IAM) best practices.
  • Security Alerts: Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents across O365/Azure.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ISO, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).
Support & Mentorship:
  • L3 Support: Provide L3 support for escalated incidents and problem management.
  • Documentation: Create documentation, SOPs, and runbooks for IT operations.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide L1/L2 engineers in troubleshooting and best practices.
