Product Launch and Manufacturing Specialist

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in NPI and manufacturing, with a strong focus on product launches. Key responsibilities include:

  • Transforming product design and quality requirements into manufacturing inputs with OEM partners.
  • Creating and maintaining assembly documentation, including SOPs and APBs.
  • Coodinating cross-functional teams for Engineering Change Management, implementing changes in production, and driving timely closure.
  • Preparing, updating, and managing Bills of Materials (BOM) for all products, and creating part numbers for components in BOM.
  • Monitoring End-of-Life (EOL) status of products and planning accordingly.
  • Tracking and managing obsolescence of components, particularly electrical items, and alerting the engineering team when required.
  • Coodinating development project status from prototype to mass production phases within Acsys and with OEM-Partner.
  • Verifying and ensuring all NPI specifics information/documents are released in JIRA/Confluence.
  • Managing data integrity within Jira/Confluence and making it available to OEM-Partner.
  • Supporting and participating in ISO audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Leading pilot builds, resolving issues quickly, and establishing repeatable processes for production scaling.
  • Collaborating with product, design, supply chain, vendor, and manufacturing teams for on-time and seamless product launches.
