Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Product Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member, you'll drive product merchandising and assortment strategies that meet customer needs and stay ahead of the market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product merchandising plans to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launches.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform product development.
  • Curate seasonal collections that balance classic and innovative styles.
  • Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and reduce waste.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and merchandising tools to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Determine pricing strategies based on cost and market analysis.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to production timelines.
  • Lead product launches from concept to rollout, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience in product merchandising, preferably in jewelry.
  • In-depth knowledge of jewelry trends, market, and customer preferences.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with expertise in product lifecycle management, inventory, and supply chain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Possess a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Jewelry Design, or related field.
