Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and supply chains to drive business success.

Work alongside experienced professionals to contribute to process improvements, production efficiency, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and have expertise in process optimization, supplier negotiations, and lean manufacturing.

  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Optimize material costs and maintain strong relationships.
  • Process Setup: Establish manufacturing and quality control processes at contract manufacturers' locations.
  • Procurement: Source raw materials and semi-finished goods for lifestyle products.
  • System Implementation: Implement ERP (Odoo) and project management (Jira) systems for visibility and streamlined workflows.
  • Operational Management: Manage business operations, certifications, pricing, logistics, inventory, and rapid prototyping.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Requirements
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to navigate challenges independently using problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Background: Background in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing setups.
