About the Job:
As we expand our presence globally, we seek a leader to build and expand the business and team in new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth in Essential Oil division for fragrances sector
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant years of experience in sales and marketing within the Essential Oil's division for flavors and fragrances industry
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Market analysis and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
