Job Description:

We're seeking a highly organized Coordinator to join our team and help drive the success of our personal branding agency. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, communication is clear, and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clients: Coordinate with clients for inputs, approvals, and feedback to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines across content calendars, posts, and campaigns to meet client expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, writers, and editors to deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain and update project trackers, Google Sheets, and CRM tools to stay on top of progress and performance metrics.
  • Support: Provide support in research & briefs for personal branding content to drive engagement and results.
  • Follow-up: Handle follow-ups (internally & externally) to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on progress, engagement, and campaign updates to keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements:

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational & multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Instagram/YouTube workflows and experience with tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, or CRM platforms.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts/projects at once.
  • Proactivity: Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.
