Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with the agency's objectives, including creating content calendars, identifying key themes, and assisting our design lead with client briefs.
  • Proven experience in client-side content management, encompassing editing, fact-checking, and delivering high-quality work.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining exceptional quality, involving close collaboration with internal teams and freelancers.
  • End-to-end social media campaign management, encompassing planning, execution, and analysis, staying abreast of trends and capitalizing on opportunities in the Web3 space.
  • Identify and fill content gaps by monitoring trending topics and discussions within blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.
  • Utilize project management tools like Notion and Trello to organize and track campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and freelancers to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality content production, adapting to diverse brand voices and tones while maintaining authenticity.
  • Conduct thorough research into new topics, verifying facts and discovering engaging angles for your content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in writing threads or short-form social content.
  • Experience across various content formats, such as Crypto technical docs, X threads, posts, Discord announcements, and crypto blogs.
  • A strong foundation in Web3, with particular knowledge of gaming and crypto ecosystems, comfortable discussing DeFi, NFTs, GameFi, and DAOs.
  • Understanding of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies.
  • An eye for spotting and capitalizing on trending topics in the Web3 space.
  • Ability to craft tweets that encourage likes, retweets, and replies.
