Job Responsibilities

This position involves developing original and compelling scripts for social media videos, particularly for YouTube, that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will craft engaging dialogue, narratives, and formats that drive viewership and engagement. Adaptability is key, as scripts need to be adjusted based on performance data and audience feedback.

Social Media Strategy & Management
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance platform growth and audience engagement.
  • Competitor analysis and trend monitoring are essential to create content strategies and optimize performance.

Team collaboration and coordination are crucial in ensuring seamless content production and distribution. Effective communication and stakeholder management are also vital for this role.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • A strong passion for social media platforms and a solid understanding of their functionality and best practices.
  • Excellent storytelling principles, character development, and dialogue skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3 year(s) of experience in Social Media/YouTube Manager roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in screenwriting / film / communications / marketing, or a related field.
