- Lead strategy and execution for growth, aligning with product and marketing teams to deliver go-to-market plans.
- Cross-functional collaboration, working with product and revenue operations leaders.
- Create a dynamic environment to support organizational goals.
- Implement marketing strategies in line with overall business objectives.
- Use data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
- 3-6 years of prior experience in a similar role, with a solid track record of scaling up.
- Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing.
- Good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools and Web Analytics Tools.
- Goal-driven, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
