Job Role: Strategic Growth Advisor

We are seeking a skilled advisor to lead our client engagements and drive growth through effective project management, clear communication, and alignment with customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Success: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Understand client objectives and align them with product solutions to drive their success.
  • Solution Development: Work closely with clients and pre-sales team to detail the solutioning and prepare clear BRD which explain the process and system workflow and exception scenarios.
  • Account Performance: Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring the adoption of new features, services, and solutions. Regularly review account performance metrics and KPIs to ensure the client's goals are met.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers. Monitor and report on key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk. Suggest improvements or changes based on the analysis.
  • Client Training & Enablement: Provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product. Develop customized learning paths and onboarding plans to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Process Optimization: Manage infant care, close all points by working with product and support team. Create customer SOP for processes that can be used by client and internally by support. Work with the support team to handover the project to Support and KAM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consulting role within a Supply Chain, SaaS or tech-driven company.
  • Experience in managing projects and working in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
