Procurement Leader Position

In this strategic procurement leadership role, you will oversee vendor relationships and supply chain management across multiple regions. Your primary goal is to ensure timely acquisition of long-lead and other materials with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead vendor relationship management across multiple regions.
  • Evaluate commercial bids and prepare comparative statements to support informed purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure timely procurement of long-lead and other materials with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee supply chain operations to maintain consistent material flow for uninterrupted project execution.
  • Negotiate and enforce appropriate terms and conditions in all purchase agreements.
  • Approve and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy and alignment with project needs.
  • Coordinate logistics to guarantee materials are delivered to sites on time.
  • Validate vendor invoices in coordination with the accounts team to ensure timely processing.
  • Authorize advance and cash payments aligned with company policies.
  • Ensure submission of warranty certificates by vendors for project handover.
  • Develop and monitor project and material schedules.
  • Promote and enforce procurement best practices as per organizational quality processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in procurement functions with hands-on expertise in ERP-based e-procurement and contracts management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills; capable of interpreting complex data and performing in-depth cost analyses.
  • Excellent negotiation, documentation, and contract management capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align procurement goals with project and organizational objectives.
  • High level of integrity, ownership, and professionalism.

This position requires a Graduate in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or IT preferred) with minimum 8+ years of experience in procurement for real estate, interiors, or construction services and supplies.
