Solar Power Operations and Maintenance Expert

The goal of the Solar Power Operations and Maintenance Expert is to ensure the optimal functioning of solar power systems. This expert will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of these systems to meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Detect and resolve technical issues with solar panels and inverters in real-time.
- Analyze data from SCADA systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including operation and maintenance procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in solar O&M, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with 33kV SS and transmission lines, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The work location is Maharashtra, India.
