Job Title: Solar Power Plant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of solar power plants in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Plan, track, and execute solar projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  2. Bill of Materials (BOM) Preparation: Prepare detailed BOMs for all solar projects, taking into account equipment specifications and logistical requirements.
  3. Installation and Execution: Oversee installation, execution, and handling of solar projects, ensuring that all necessary safety protocols are followed.
  4. Maintenance and Operation: Ensure the maintenance and operation of solar plants, performing routine checks and making repairs as needed.
  5. Daily Site Visits: Conduct daily site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  6. Support Functions: Provide support to the Purchase, Store, and Billing departments as required, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  7. Reporting: Submit regular reports to senior management, providing updates on project progress and highlighting any areas of concern.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
