Quality Assurance Lead Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the execution of software quality assurance activities aligns with project requirements.
About the Role- Closely collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and customer teams to ensure smooth test coordination.
- Review change requests and updates to assess their impact on test plans and schedules.
- Monitor daily test progress, environment readiness, and execution blockers; escalate issues proactively.
- Coordinate test activities based on test strategy and plans defined by Domain QE Leads.
- Support test execution, including system integration testing, functional testing, regression, and UAT phases.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and defect triage meetings to ensure seamless test operations.
- Align with Project Managers on timelines, risks, and milestones related to test execution.
- Solid understanding of Software Testing Concepts, STLC, and SDLC processes with Shift-Left approach.
- Proven experience in coordinating test execution activities within complex projects, ideally in financial or digital banking domains.
- Hands-on experience with test case preparation, execution, and quality reporting.
